Disclosure of Information

When we are advised of inaccurate information we will correct it in a timely manner.

New Century Bank and its affiliate company employees are educated in the importance of confidentiality of customer information and customer privacy. They are trained to learn and required to adhere to this Privacy Policy

Unlike the personal information you provide us the information that we gather in the public areas of our web site is general information. We use this information to determine which parts of our web site are most useful and popular and how we can improve service to our customers.

Also, included in the web site is the capability to correspond with us by e mail. This activity may involve sharing some personal information about you with New Century Bank. We do collect the e mail addresses of those who correspond with us.
