Please rest assured that neither NCB Holdings, Inc. nor New Century Bank are in anyway affiliated with New Century Financial. As evidenced by the recent article in Crain's, we at NCB Holdings Inc. and New Century Bank are very excited about our planned capital raise and concomitant prospects for further growth. In addition, our 2007 projections show that the Bank's asset growth and profitability are on a pace this year to exceed 2006 and we are planning to expand our state of the art remote banking services to make banking even easier for our customers.
