DepositNow is the fastest, easiest and safest way to make bank deposits without ever leaving your office. Paper checks can be cleared and deposited electronically, resulting in faster clearing, quicker notification on returns, and less time spent traveling to and from the bank.

How It Works
DepositNow uses a small MICR reader/image-capture device attached to the USB port of your PC. When you receive a check, simply scan the front and back. An electronic image of the check will be uploaded over the Internet in a secure https session to the NCB DepositNow server. Our system automatically totals your deposit and presents the deposited items to the banking system in accordance with government regulations.

A variety of detailed deposit reports can be downloaded for your cash receipts journal. Deposited check data is stored online for 120 days and offline for two years. Copies of checks are easy to request online.
